All bookings to be secured by a deposit of %30 of total booking OR 1 night's tariff, whichever is greater. Unsecured bookings lapse after 14 days.

Balance of tariff must be paid in full on arrival.

No refunds if stay is shortened.

A cleaning fee may be charged if accommodation is not left ina reasonable condition.

No refunds for cancellations for Christmas or Easter holidays. For other periods, cancellations must be received in writing at least four weeks prior to the booking date; an administration fee of $50 will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations received less than 4 weeks prior to a booking will forfeit the deposit.

Management reserves the right to relocate or change the site, van or cabin number after booking.
